Becoming a mother is beautiful, but some of us lose focus on our healing, goals, and ambitions in the process. Not because we don’t want those things anymore, but because a wonderful little human has taken up more of our time and attention.
I help mothers:
maintain their mental health during the transition after birth
increase their spirituality in an effort to increase resiliency during times of change
that may have lost sight of their personal ambitions
transition back to work after maternity leave
