I want to support you on a journey to mental, physical, and spiritual wellness.

Becoming a mother is beautiful, but some of us lose focus on our healing, goals, and ambitions in the process. Not because we don’t want those things anymore, but because a wonderful little human has taken up more of our time and attention.

I help mothers:

  • maintain their mental health during the transition after birth

  • increase their spirituality in an effort to increase resiliency during times of change

  • that may have lost sight of their personal ambitions

  • transition back to work after maternity leave
